Shipping

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping within the UK usually takes 2-4 business days, with a total delivery time of 3-6 business days from order placement.

Please note: We ship exclusively within the UK (excluding Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly, and Isle of Wight). Remote areas or oversized items may incur additional surcharges and slightly longer delivery times.

Tracking

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package in real-time.

If you haven't received a tracking email within 2 business days of your order being placed, please contact our support team at support@nutrichef.co.uk

Returns & Refunds

Can I return my order?

Yes! Returns are accepted for eligible items within 30 days of delivery. As a UK customer, you also have a 14-day legal cancellation right under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Items must be in their original condition and packaging.

Free Returns: We offer free returns for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. For non-defective returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Bulk Orders: Orders of 10 or more units are non-refundable except in cases of defects or damage.

Refunds are processed within 10 business days of inspection and approval.

How do I initiate a return?

Please contact our customer service team at support@nutrichef.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with return instructions and, if applicable, a prepaid return label.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment methods. All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include VAT.

Air Fryer

The ingredients fried with the Air Fryer are not done

Possible Causes & Solutions:

  • Too much food in the basket: Put smaller batches of ingredients in the basket. Smaller batches are fried more evenly. Do not exceed the MAX indication.
  • Temperature is too low: Set the temperature control to the required temperature setting for your recipe.
  • Cooking time is too short: Set the timer to the required cooking time as per your recipe or the instruction manual.

Possible Cause & Solution:

  • Ingredients need shaking: Certain types of ingredients that lie on top of or across each other (e.g. fries, chicken wings) need to be shaken or turned halfway through the cooking time for even results.

Cookware Care

How do I care for my NutriChef cookware?

Most NutriChef cookware features non-stick coatings. We recommend hand washing with mild soap and a soft sponge to preserve the non-stick surface. Avoid using metal utensils or abrasive cleaners. Always check the specific care instructions included with your product.

Is NutriChef cookware dishwasher safe?

While some items may be dishwasher safe, we recommend hand washing to extend the life of your cookware. Please refer to the product manual or packaging for specific dishwasher compatibility.
